Why do I need a wedding planner?

 

Planning your wedding is a very exciting event yet involves a lot of detail which can be quite stressful for brides. Keeping up with your already hectic career and/or personal life adds additional stress to what should be one of the most memorable times of your life. I already have most of my wedding planned; do I need a wedding planner for my wedding day?

I have been looking forward to planning my wedding for as long as I can remember; will a wedding planner take over and leave me out of the process?

We are here to help you whether it’s from day one and bringing your vision to life every step of the way or for the day of your wedding ensuring each and every detail is exactly how you imagined. We use our knowledge and experience to act as a resource to you assist in saving you time and unnecessary stress!

 

I’m interested in learning more about what Lighthearted Events can do for me, are there any strings attached if I schedule a consultation?

 

Of course not. Lighthearted Events would be glad to schedule a consultation with anyone interested in learning more about us at no fee to you. During our initial meeting, we can go over your goals and visualize your wedding day together. We can then discuss our expertise and the relationships we have with vendors to collaborate and make your vision a reality. Our goal is to help you create your perfect event.

 

My event location already provides a catering manager and onsite coordinator, do I need another one?

 

It is very helpful that your location provides a coordinator; however, typically they only handle responsibilities related to their venue. Often they do not assist in directing your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, or wedding party at the reception site. Lighthearted Events fills in the gaps by not only assisting with the execution of the events but the actual planning as well from vendor selections to on-site walk through. We will coordinate with the onsite managers as well as vendors to guarantee your unique day goes exactly as planned.

 

I have a limited budget for my wedding day; can I afford to hire a wedding planner?

 

It is important to consider the benefits of hiring a wedding planner. Event planners can assist you in not only sticking to your budget but utilizing it to make your day absolutely fabulous. Lighthearted events can use their relationships with vendors and countless experiences and creative ideas to accommodate your budget.
