Full Service Wedding/Event Planning
Planning an event can be a full-time job; the majority of people work full-time and simply cannot attend to every minute detail ... interviewing, researching, selecting vendors and negotiating prices, trying to stay within a budget, handling last minute changes and/or cancellations, all the while attempting to keep your family and loved ones happy. You deserve to enjoy the celebration. This is where Lighthearted Events can save your sanity ... and preserve your checkbook!
Lighthearted Events will be there, helping you plan virtually every aspect of your Event.
This package includes the following but is not limited to:
Initial complimentary consultation, unlimited phone calls, emails, one-on-one monthly planning sessions, and day-of-event coordination.
*Additional items included:
- Developing a detailed budget and overseeing that it is maintained
- Personalized planning itinerary
- Assisting with the selection and booking of suitable vendors
(caterer, florist, photographer/videographer, musicians, etc.)
- Setting up vendor appointments and accompanying you when necessary
- Reviewing vendor contracts and tracking vendor payments

Day of Wedding/Event Coordination
You've done all the planning but recognize that you want to relax and enjoy being the guest of honor. The Day-of-Event Package is perfect for you. Lighthearted Events will oversee the final coordination so you can sit back and simply enjoy your event.
This package includes the following but is not limited to:
Initial complimentary consultation, two consultation appointments as the event day approaches, unlimited contact via phone and email and up to eight hours of coordination (overseeing and directing) the day of your event.
*Additional items included:
- Personalized detailed timeline of your event
- Walk through of event site (This is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision)
- Confirming all vendors for your event and reviewing contracts
- Coordinating every detail with all of your vendors
- Receiving deliveries and greet vendors
- Oversee complete and proper setup of your site on event day
- Distributing all final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Greeting your guests and directing them to the event area
- Ensure your musical entertainment is prepared and has correct pronunciation of names
- Making sure that you and your guests are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need
throughout your event
