What is it that Lighthearted Events does?
We help you plan and coordinate your event! Lighthearted Events will assist you with bringing your ideas and vision together. We work with you in whatever capacity that you require. From consultation services to complete planning, we take the pressure off of you.
How much will your service cost?
Costs are determined by each individual event. Your event is unique which means that your needs and services will be unique as well. Due to the various complexities of each event we cannot offer a “standard rate.” Please contact Lighthearted Events for a free consultation or fill out our “Request a Quote” form to help us provide you with estimated costs.
How do I determine what services I will need?
No worries, we have the experience to help you determine what your planning and coordinating needs are. Our free consultation allows us to gather the necessary information regarding your ideas and vision to uncover your specific needs.
What type of events will Lighthearted Events plan?
Honestly, we can assist you with any type of event, as long as it is legal, of course!
Once the event is planned, will someone from Lighthearted Events be at my event?
Yes. We are just as excited as you to see your event come to life. We provide on-site management and coordination based on your individual event. We can oversee just one or all of the aspects of your event.
